T.J. is the sort of guy you always hope will end up on your team. He is upbeat and tireless, and inspires creative approaches to problem solving. A great communicator as well - remote teams feel closer-knit with T.J. on board.
RSpec
The last couple of years have seen a slight shift of paradigm in software testing. With more developers realizing the necessity for collaboration with stakeholders in crafting requirements and more stakeholders taking a broader interest in the innards of their products, developers are turning to behavior-driven development to answer their call for enhanced transparency.
The dynamic nature of the Ruby programming language allows developers to provide their stakeholders and analysts behavior specifications they can understand. I have used RSpec in all of my Rails projects since 2007 and haven't looked back.
