At Performance Systems Development, I was faced with the task of modeling building data to be fed into two building energy simulation engines. Of all the domain knowledge I've gained, that learned on this project remains my favorite. I have a passion for sustainability, and the opportunity to use computers to reduce our real-world carbon footprints was fulfilling and enticing.

This also marked my first true experience on an XP/Scrum team.
